UPS or FEDEX shipping information: Order's sent out once a week with signature required When you use UPS or FEDEX, IF YOU SIGN IN AS A GUEST you will need to E-mail your Name with your phone number (as a Guest Sign in I do not receive you Phone Number). If you have an Account with the Woobee KnitShop this does not apply.
ORDER CONFORMATIONS: 1. You should receive an E-mail Order Conformation. 2. You will receive an E-mail from my shop with your tracking number and attached PDF file of your paid receipt. 3. You also should receive an E-mail from Stamps.com with your tracking information. 4. All of the above information depends on a correct E-mail address.
