NO REFUNDS! EXCHANGE for IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY, with a pre-approval from the shop: 1-307-760-2092 or E-mail woobeeknitshop@woobeeknitshop.com - In-Store credit is automatically applied to your next order. NO EXCHANGES after 14 day from time shipped. Order of Exchange after Phone or E-mail approval: 1. Return Item(s) to this shop with a copy of the invoice. 2. When I receive your exchange order you will receive an in-store credit in your account. 3. Then you will receive an E-mail notifying you of the Credit. 4. Then after receiving the credit you can then place a new order. EXCHANGES Shipping information: The Customer pays for: Shipping and Handling cost in both directions.
All Sales are final on the following Items: Patterns Cone yarn Stuffed Toys Special orders Sale Items Clearance Items Warehouse orders that are not normally stocked
ADD-ON ORDERS: If you wish to add to your order that you just placed on the Website please call: 1-800-721-4080 and give your Credit or Debit Card Information.
FYI: You should Order Brown Sheep Sample Color Cards to make sure you are getting the correct color of yarn. Sorry all other yarns only have Color Copies and the are $1.00 per page.
Warehouse Orders are ordered by this Woobee KnitShop from the distributor or manufacture. WAREHOUSE ORDERS TAKE 1 to 4 weeks before they are sent to my shop. Warehouse order are when you cannot find the color or the number of skeins from the instock products. This should only be used when you cannot find the yarn instock.
Back Order: Can take from 1 week to 4 months and you will receive an E-mail letting you know of the approximate time that the item will be on the Back Order.
Special Orders: are ordered by this Woobee KnitShop from the distributor or manufacture. These Orders are sold by the bag only. No returns or exchanges on these orders.
Products sold on the Woobee KnitShop Website are live and the number amount is automatically changed when an Item is purchased.
Warehouse Product Errors is an Item that has been discontinued before it is removed from my Website. When This happen your ordered Item will be canceled.
SHIPPING POLICY: All packages that leave this shop are insured with delivery confirmation that you have received the package. If the Post Office recordes show that your received the package the Woobee KnitShop responsibility end here.
